I'm Not a Therapist
Mentoring is not therapy and I'm not a therapist (even though I have a masters in Psychology). I see my work as an add-on to therapy or as a way to ease into therapy. It's a way to integrate therapy and other forms of healing into our lives and how we express who we are.
My goal is to help you see your life and experiences in a new light so you can go out into the world and tell a new story--an authentic story true to who you are and who you are becoming.
